In the current housing market 'outshining' the 1000's of homes we are competing with is a must, which is why I hire Rearranged for Change for ALL of my Sellers. My 'days on market' for Listing sales are lower than average, which in turn results in higher offers for all of my clients (the quicker a home sells, the more afraid a buyer is to make a 'low' offer). Liz and Lisa do a fantastic job of staging, as well as making suggestions to enhance each of my clients' homes. Moving from a multi-level house to retirement apartment was a major change in our lives. Just deciding whether to replace all of our old furniture with new to fit the smaller area, or to take our favorite pieces with us, hoping they would fit, was traumatic.

Lisa Conover and Liz Cooley, consultants for Rearranged For Change, solved our problem. They met with us at our house to discuss our choices. Measurements were taken of the pieces we wanted to take, after they determined our personal preferences. They visited our apartment and advised what would fit, keeping our preferences in mind. Moving day came and they were there to do the placement of furniture and add the decorative touches, utilizing our “treasures” gathered over the years.

The result is a beautifully arranged apartment which feels like home. Our own furniture, rearranged, is familiar and comfortable and has made the transition much easier for us.

The doors have been replaced, our furniture has been delivered, Most of the painting is done (I still have that darn door and some touch-ups), the bathroom is finished – even the skylight is in! We’re so happy with the results. You were both such fun to work with. We had to put on the brakes, so it will be awhile before we can purchase some end tables, accessories, etc. but when we do we plan on giving you a call. We want to have you help us with the selection and arranging.

Just wanted you to know that thanks to you, we love everything about our ‘new’ house!

My husband surprised me for Christmas with a 2 room redesign from Lisa and Liz. They assisted us in purchasing new furniture for the family room, and then arranging the new furniture with our existing tables and knick knacks. Our family room is wonderful as is the downstairs they rearranged for our family using most of our own furnishings. To warm our space they added lamps and plants in just the right places.
